HR Manager


  1. Keep close communication and provide effective solutions with responsible business department(such as training and associate development, retention and succession planning, employee satisfaction survey meeting organization and measures follow up,etc.)
  2. Responsible for HR related module system training to business department.
  3. Responsible for business department recruitment work(such as Establish recruiting channel, post recruitment position, screen candidates and conduct interview)
  4. Follow new associates probation and work goal setting process.
  5. Support new associates on board process. Follow leaving staff process, do the exit interview and turnover rate analysis, and provide feasible solutions.
  6. Responsible for HR monthly/quarterly/annual report, personal forecasts,etc.
  7. HR policy modify and supervise the implementation in business department, continuously improve and optimize the HR work process.
  8. Other tasks assigned by department heads.
  9. Sort and catalogue administrative tasks and work together with the planning department and GM on office process optimization.


  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, Business, or Language background.
  2. At least 5 years human resources working. Recruitment, training or C&B working experience is preferred.
  3. Familiar with the human resources policy and procedures, understanding national HR related policies and regulations.
  4. Strong communication skill, problems solving skill, good team player, focus on goals and future orientation.
  5. Good computer skills in MS Office Software(such as Excel、word、PowerPoint、Outlook)
  6. Good oral and writing English skill.
